Description
Product Overview
This series of pumps is mainly used in industries and fields such as refineries and petrochemicals, low-temperature engineering, coal chemical industry, power plants, environmental protection engineering, sewage treatment, cement plants, etc. Suitable for transporting circulating water, sewage and other media in chemical processes.
Compared with other pumps of the same type, the level of Feiyue Company's Zhongkai pump has the characteristics of long service life, high efficiency, reasonable structure, low operating cost, and easy installation and maintenance. It is an ideal pump for firefighting, air conditioning, chemical, water treatment, and other industries.
The design pressure of the pump body is 1.6MPa and 2.0MPa. To meet the requirements of users worldwide, the corresponding pump inlet and outlet flanges can be selected according to standards such as ANSI, PN, and JIS. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body are located on the lower pump body, so that the rotor can be removed without disassembling the system pipeline, making maintenance convenient. Part of the pump body adopts a dual channel design to reduce radial force, thereby extending the life of the seal and bearings.
The hydraulic design of the impeller adopts advanced CFD technology, thus improving the smooth operation of the pump.
The uranium shaft has a thicker diameter and shorter bearing spacing, which reduces shaft deflection and extends the life of mechanical seals and bearings. This BB1 design is part of our API petrochemical pump range.

Materials Used
According to the actual needs of the user, the materials for horizontally opening the pump can include copper, 316 stainless steel, 416 stainless steel, bi-directional steel, Hastelloy alloy, Monet alloy, titanium alloy, and 20 grade alloy.
